No Shows or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.

We are implementing the following cancellations policy.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance

because we understand appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled.

Our Cancellations Policy allows the time to inform our standby guest of any availability,

as well as optimize our team members schedules.
